Cranberry Venison Meat Loaf Recipe
Serves 8-10
Ingredients:
¼ cup dark brown sugar
½ cup cranberry sauce
1 ½ lbs. ground venison
½ lb. ground ham
¾ cup whole milk
¾ cup saltine cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. white onion, chopped
2 bay leaves
Directions:
Spread brown sugar over the bottom of a greased loaf pan. Spread cranberry sauce over sugar. Combine remaining ingredients except bay leaves. Shape into loaf and place on cranberry sauce. Place bay leaves on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove bay leaves and serve.
