Bacon Wrapped Back Strap Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients:

deer back strap

jalapeno peppers

cream cheese (room temperature)


seasoning

regular cut slices of bacon

toothpicks

Instructions:

Slice peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

Slice back strap into 1/4" thick pieces roughly the size of your halved pepper. 
Mix together your cream cheese and preferred seasoning.

Fill each pepper half with cream cheese and lay a piece of back strap on top.

Wrap each pepper with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
 Place on a foil lined baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove poppers with tongs and enjoy!
