Step Two: Place fish fillets in a glass dish and baste each side of fish fillets with canola oil. Add
cornstarch to Chile Spiced Rub and mix. Season each side of fish fillets and let stand 5 minutes.
Step Three: Pre-Heat Grill for 5 minutes. Once grill is up to temperature place fish fillets on grill. Grill fillets 5 minutes per side or until fish is done when easily flaked with a fork.
