Olive and Venison Spread
Makes: 1 ½ cups
Ingredients:
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1 tbsp. whole milk
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
¼ cup stuffed olives, chopped
1 ½ oz. smoked or cooked venison, chopped fine
crusty warm bread
Directions:
In a small bowl, soften onion in milk. Stir in cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add olives and venison; mix well. Chill. Serve on bread.
